CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, please contact our customer support team on vidhanherbals@gmail.com or Whatsapp us @91-9712976700 (Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. 

In any of the below cases, We would take full responsibility and arrange for the refund or ship a new product depending on the case and the request

 

In case of Damaged product 

  • Please notify us about the damaged product within 1 days from delivery date via email to vidhanherbals@gmail.com.
  • Please send us the order number, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product.
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 

In case of Missing product

  • Please notify us about the missing product within 1 days from delivery date via email to vidhanherbals@gmail.com
  • Please send us order number, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received 
  • We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 

Returns/Refund will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing or if original packaging is damaged
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 1 business days of order delivery
  • Used products cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
  • Variance in texture, color or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made by hand so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, use of best and natural ingredients and we will ensure that the best quality is maintained
  • Refund requested if customer is not satisfied with the product(s). All our products are clinically tested and approved. The level of effectiveness may vary from person to person

 How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

  • For payments done through UPI, credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
